Return and Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days of your order being received to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with SKU label. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

Note: Some return reasons will require a photo submission, please submit clear photos showing the issue.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

  • Please allow Ledresi 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

  • Ledresi will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns coverage
Ledresi partnered with SEEL and REDO, two trusted providers that make returns easier.

If you purchased coverage and decide to return the item, this will extend the return window from 7 days to 14 days.

SEEL or REDO will handle the return—including return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note, the refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the return criteria are not met.
